We have got a very busy half term ahead of us with so much to look forward to.  Here are some important dates for your diary:

Miss Ozanne’s Class – Games kit needed on Monday 11th June

Miss Ozanne’s Class will be having their final session with the tennis coach on Monday afternoon.

 

Mrs De Sousa’s and Mrs Shillito’s Class – Additional swimming kit needed on Tuesday 12th June

Additional kit required – shorts and t-shirts will be needed as well as the usual swimming kit for a survival skills session.

 

World War Two Celebration Afternoon – Wednesday 20th June from 1.30pm – 2.30pm – School Hall

We will be setting up our own museum dedicated to World War Two. The children will get to showcase all that they have learned over this topic so we really look forward to seeing you there.

 

Upper Junior Sports Day – Friday 22nd June 1pm-3pm

The children will get to represent their houses in a variety of sporting events. The children can come into school wearing their sports kit, in their house colours, if possible. Come along and cheer us on!

Mrs Shillito’s Class – Tuesday 26th June from 1.45pm – 3pm

Miss Ozanne’s Class – Wednesday 27th June from 8.45am – 10am

Pied Piper Cast – Reminders!

Hi Team,

Thanks for all your fantastic work this week – the show is really coming together!  I can’t wait to show it to audiences after half term.

 

Rehearsals

Monday 4^th June – rehearsal 3.00 – 4.30 in the hall.

Wednesday 6^th June – DRESS rehearsal 3.00 – 4.30 in the hall.  Please bring all costume items including shoes and socks. Costumes will need to be left at school on this day until after the final performance.

These are our final rehearsals before performing to the school, so you must be there!

 

Tickets

There are still tickets available, and you are now free to buy as many as you want for any performance.  Tickets will be available before and after school for the whole week beginning 4^th June.  We will also have tickets available to buy after rehearsals on Monday and Wednesday.

After a smooth ferry crossing yesterday and arriving safely at the hostel, we spent some time exploring Gorey Beach and enjoying the view of the magnificent castle.

Today we started off with a visit to the Jersey War tunnels before heading off for some action at Creepy Valley. The children will be coming back with tales of zip wiring, obstacle courses and some even conquering fears and overcoming personal challenges! What a day!

Everyone is happy and well and we look forward to seeing you at the harbour tomorrow.
